Join Dotidot as a Product Owner
We are Dotidot — a feed management and PPC automation platform used by thousands of e-commerce brands, agencies, and freelancers across CEE and DACH. We turn product feeds into high-performing Google and Meta campaigns — and we automate the tedious parts so our customers don't have to click through ad platforms by hand.
Talking in numbers:
- €80M+ — campaigns managed through Dotidot last year
- €400M — where we're headed in the next 5 yea
Our mission: become the global leader in online advertising automation.
Here's what this role actually is.
Most PM roles at this level are ticket management (the roadmap is someone else's call) or
assistant PM (you wait your turn). This is neither.
We have a white-label partner integration bringing Google Performance Max and Meta
Advantage+ campaigns to small and mid-sized merchants via a major e-commerce platform.
Real partnership, real product — and the hard decisions are still to be made. That's your job.
You own it end to end: roadmap, partner relationship, specs, health monitoring. That's ~⅔ of
your time; the rest keeps the broader product operation sharp.
We're hiring junior-to-medior (1–5 years) — how you think and how fast you learn matter more
than the exact line on your CV.
🙏 Without THESE, please don't apply (yep, we're serious):
- 1–5 years in product, project management, or something adjacent — growth, analytics, technical account management at a SaaS or e-commerce company. You've shipped something real.
- You can turn a messy problem into something an engineer can build — written communication is the whole job here. An unclear ticket ships wrong.
- Business-minded — you know what's actually worth building versus what just sounds nice in a meeting.
- Self-organized — nobody will chase you. You notice what's slipping before anyone asks.
- Analytical and comfortable on technical products — you read a dashboard, back decisions with data, and can explain an API integration to anybody.
- Fluent English and Czech and/or Slovak — English with the partner, Czech internally. Both genuinely fluent.
✨ Nice to Have (but not a dealbreaker):
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Performance Max) and/or Meta Ads (Advantage+)
- Understanding of product feeds, Google Merchant Center, or e-commerce catalogs
- AI and LLMs as actual tools, not buzzwords
- Experience working with an external partner or platform integration
- Familiarity with Linear, SQL / BigQuery, or product analytics tools
🎯 What you'll own:
Partner integration — ~⅔ of your time:
- Own the product roadmap for the integration — from problem to spec to shipped
- Be the primary point of contact for the partnership: scope, priorities, timelines
- Translate SMB merchant needs into clear specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria
- Own the integration's health: campaign performance, billing flows, monitoring and alerting
- Track changes from Google and Meta (new campaign types, policy shifts, bidding changes) and turn them into a concrete product response before they become incidents
Product operations — ~⅓ of your time:
- Drive internal implementation of platform updates with the Head of Product
- Turn CSM and support requests into a clean, prioritized ticket flow
- Run competitive research and turn it into signals the team can actually act on
- Help prep and run product rituals — standups, plannings, reviews
🔥 What's in it for you?
- Salary: 50,000–75,000 CZK / month — depending on experience
- Hybrid — at least one day a week in our Prague office. The rest is yours to organize.
- Full- time (we're also open on the format of part-time)
- Start date: August / September 2026
- Up to 100,000 CZK (≈ 4,000 EUR) per year for learning & development
- Unlimited days off — we want you sharp, not ground down
- A product with real users, real stakes, and a partner relationship you actually get to steer
🧠 What You Should Know About Us:
- Unique Vibes: Our company's official soundtrack was medieval rap for six months. 🙉
- Humor is... an acquired taste. We have genuinely bad jokes — dark, dry, and occasionally questionable. If you need a professionally sterile environment, this isn't it. If you find yourself laughing at things you probably shouldn't, welcome home. Consider yourself warned.
- Open Communication: You can (and should) drop a message to Pavel, our CEO, as easily as to anyone else. We don't do hierarchy theatre.
- Prank Culture: Leave your computer unlocked and see what happens. 😈
- The whole team meets at least once a year. Last time: Greece. The kind of trip you tell people about.
So… are you our person?
Send us your CV and tell us about a product decision you made — one you're proud of, or one that went sideways and what you learned from it. Either one tells us more than a cover letter. 🎯
