The new Compare view puts two time periods next to each other so you can see exactly what moved. Which products gained, which lost, and by how much. Items that appeared since the last period are clearly marked.
The modernized daily report is now the only version. It used to be opt in, now every account gets the faster, cleaner tab based layout by default. The old daily report has been retired.
Both are available to everyone, including free tools users, with no setup needed.
Selecting multiple campaigns used to allow only bulk delete. Now you can pause, unpause, and trigger sync across your whole selection at once.
The actions are state aware, so pausing skips campaigns that are already paused and drafts are ignored instead of throwing errors. After each run you get clear per campaign feedback on what went through and what did not.
One failing data enrichment used to block an entire data source import, which meant products temporarily disappearing from your feed exports.
Imports now skip the failed enrichment and continue, so a single bad external source cannot take your feed down with it. Enrichment processing also moved to a dedicated search index per import, which makes large imports faster and more predictable.
Two more parts of the platform now run in the modern Dotidot interface.
Creating a Google Analytics 4 data source has a completely new page that replaces the old form. Setup is faster and consistent with the rest of the app.
The import in progress screen is also new. While your data source is importing, you now see live progress, current status, any errors, a retry option, and clear next steps instead of a static waiting page.
We also brought back the Move to other organization button in organization settings.
A batch of stability work landed for imports and exports.
Meta enrichment now retries temporary Facebook server errors up to three times, so a single hiccup no longer fails a whole import. Imports on Google data sources with a missing or revoked linked account now stop with a clear error message instead of failing silently. Custom XML feed exports no longer break when source data contains invalid characters, we simply strip them.

One of the most common issues users faced was linked account errors caused by missing permissions, especially when setting up Meta Business Accounts. While these issues weren’t caused by Dotidot, they also weren’t clearly communicated. That changes now.
We’ve introduced smarter permission handling with clear, actionable error messages whenever required access (such as Pixel, Pages, or catalog permissions) is missing. Users are now prevented from syncing campaigns until all permission issues are resolved, helping avoid setup failures and potential account blocks. These improvements significantly reduce confusion and make it easier to fix problems quickly.
We’re excited to introduce Custom XML feed export, giving you full control over how your data is structured and delivered. With this new feature, you can create tailored XML feed structures to fit your internal systems or third-party platforms like price comparators and marketplaces. It supports nested elements for handling complex data models, and you can configure 30+ customizable attributes through a clean, intuitive interface. Plus, the live feed preview lets you instantly verify the XML output before publishing—making setup faster, clearer, and more reliable.
We’ve made several updates to enhance your Advantage+ Shopping experience. In addition to UI improvements, Automatic Creative is now off by default, ad previews work reliably even for imported ads, and we’ve added informative infoboxes to better explain catalog behavior across multiple campaigns.
We’ve extended the time limits before your assets (e.g., data sources, campaigns) are archived or deleted. Assets are now automatically archived after 3 months of inactivity. Archived items can be easily restored. If an item remains archived for 12 months, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We’ve also improved the notification system to ensure you’re informed ahead of time.
All users can now view the limits and current subscription spending for the main organization and all its suborganizations. On this page, you can easily track your current and past spending and see how close you are to reaching the limits of your subscription plan.
The sub-organization breakdown has also been removed from the generated invoices.

You can now import conversion values for Meta. Additionally, we've included ROAS metrics. While this metric are not directly imported (as Meta does not provide it), it iscalculated and generated by Dotidot based on performance data.
Users utilizing data enrichment to import additional data from Google, Meta, Sheets, etc., can now see how many product values from the new source matched the main data source and were successfully imported.
You can find the match rate percentage in the Data Enrichment section. Click the loop icon to view detailed insights and see the match rate for all imported values.
You can now filter products based on any chosen metric, using either an exact number or percentage. This feature enables the identification of best and worst-performing products, with applications such as analyzing ROAS, conversion value, purchases, and profit margins, among others. You asked, we delivered. Our latest Meta shopping campaign introduces powerful improvements over Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) while giving you back the control that standard Meta setups often limit. This release brings more transparency and customization, helping you avoid the “black box” challenge and allowing you to fully optimize for higher ROAS.
With Dotidot, you can connect your product catalog and enjoy unlimited editing options along with advanced product segmentation. This allows for easy campaign structuring based on bestsellers, high-performance items, high-profit-margin products, and more.
We’ve also enabled the integration of Meta Advantage+ campaigns with our Image Editor, allowing you to craft eye-catching, customized ads. All templates previously available for DPA can now be seamlessly applied to Advantage+ campaigns, providing greater consistency and creative options.
To save you time, we’ve developed a feature that allows you to import existing ads directly from Business Manager, making setup smoother and faster. Alongside this, Dotidot’s interface has been refined for a cleaner, more intuitive experience, ensuring a more streamlined workflow.
Additionally, real-time ad preview generation is now available. This feature allows you to see exactly how your ad will appear, which simplifies and enhances the creative process.

In recent months, we’ve been developing and releasing smaller features to enhance the popular Performance Max campaigns in Dotidot. In our latest update, we’ve introduced many new features that complement the previous improvements.
We have implemented a Performance Max importer, allowing you to easily import your existing campaigns from Google Ads to Dotidot without losing any data or algorithm patterns.
We have also updated audience signals to include the latest options in Google Ads, such as Search Terms, and provided better descriptions within the app.
Performance Max Insights are now available. This feature integrates popular third-party reporting scripts, allowing you to export historical data from your active campaigns and connect it to pre-made templates. Gain deeper insights into brand and non-brand search term performance, detailed metrics, and keyword overlaps.
The campaign layout has been slightly modified to incorporate new features while still enhancing the user experience.

We are now heavily focused on improving the Performance Max campaign features. Many upgrades have been completed, and significant improvements are on the way. In June, we improved audience signals, allowing you to build your audiences just as you are used to in Google Ads—based on demographics, interests, or interactions with your business/website. We have also enhanced the Insights dashboard and added more metrics. Stay tuned for big things to come!
We have made several changes to our app’s design to enhance the accessibility and usability of its features. The infoboxes for rules and variables have been redesigned to deliver clearer messages. Icons, charts, and modals have been updated for a more intuitive and cohesive user experience. Server and code optimizations have been implemented to improve the app’s speed.
Facebook campaign importer BETA feature has been removed from the app for now. Our testers have provided valuable feedback, and we will now focus on fixing the reported bugs and implementing your suggested improvements. A huge thank you to all our testers!
Everysize.de is a well-known German online platform specializing in footwear, offering a diverse selection of products. Skroutz.gr is a widely used (not only in Greece) website that allows you to shop online and compare prices for a wide range of products. Do you know what these two have in common? You can now create and export their native feeds via Dotidot.
We’ve heard your feedback. In an effort to create a more transparent and easy-to-understand pricing page, we’ve implemented several changes. With the updated layout, we’ve also renamed the Starter and Starter+ plans to Essential and Starter, respectively. Additionally, you can now easily view the advantages and limitations of all plans.
This is a change that you may not have noticed, which was our goal. Due to Google verification requirements, we needed to update our API scope for listing Google Sheets in the app. In general, we’ve altered the process for selecting and importing Google Sheets in Dotidot.
To simplify your life, we’ve introduced a powerful Rules feature. With this feature, you can take greater control over the output values of selected variables. You have the ability to remove, replace, edit text, remap values, generate new values based on predefined conditions, split values, and perform many other operations with ease compared to the past.

Earlier this month, we released an improved campaign creation process for Performance Max. As of now, it has been launched for all campaign types (Search, DSA, Display, Shopping, and Meta). Enjoy smoother navigation and several other interface improvements.
All fields have been updated to align with the current status and have been categorized into required and optional fields. Setting up your export is now clear and efficient. Additionally, a quality check has been added: the more fields you complete, the higher the percentage displayed.
Dotidot now presents enhanced improvements to the Performance Max campaign creation. Our new step-by-step process is designed to streamline campaign setup, making it easier for you to discover the full potential of automated strategies, even for this specific campaign type. Furthermore, each step of the campaign creation process has received some care, for example: - We’ve simplified Google Merchant Center mapping, categorizing fields into required and optional sections. - Informed decision-making is now at your fingertips with added recommendations for data source selection, providing insights into the advantages and disadvantages of each data source. - Performance Max was moved to the forefront as the recommended campaign type when creating a new campaign.
With the new image cropping modes, you can rely on Dotidot even more when trying to change your image background. First mode does not work? Try the other one! Also, users are now able to copy-paste layers. Not to mention that the keyboard shortcuts are now working, not just CTRL+C and CTRL+V, but even a step back (CTRL+Z), arrows, etc. Try it out.
Starting now, you have the capability to enhance your feeds with Performance Max and Google Shopping product statistics. This allows you to segment products based on their performance in Google Ads.
