What is included in Dotidot plans?
Our plans are tailored to your needs and include a combination of marketing spend, features such as Feed Scraper, Feed Exports, and Image Editor, as well as a higher number of synchronizations and the ability to manage multiple sub-organizations. The total marketing spend of your Search&Smart and Facebook campaigns determines which plan is right for you. Higher-tier plans offer more synchronizations between data sources and ad systems. The number of sub-organizations you can manage also varies depending on the chosen plan.
Is “marketing spend” based on our total company spending or just the budget used in Dotidot?
Our definition of "marketing spend" only includes the campaign budgets spent specifically in Dotidot.
How do I choose the right plan for me?
To choose the right plan, the primary factor is the spend limit for each tier. If you're interested in using only Feed Exports or Image Editor, the number of items available will determine the appropriate tier for you.
Is it possible to switch between plans?
If you exceed the spend limit of your current plan, you will be notified and automatically moved to the next tier. To downgrade, please contact our Sales Team.
What is the cost of support services?
Our standard support level is provided to clients free of charge, as it has always been our policy to offer support at no cost.
How can I get professional support to help me start with Dotidot?
Although we are not an agency, we can provide you with above-standard support and care. You can request an onboarding package or consultation with our automation strategists. We want to make sure you have the best-automated solution with the best results possible.
How does the “14 days free” promotion work?
When you create your first organization in the Dotidot solution, you will receive two weeks of free access to all features included in your chosen pricing plan, starting immediately after your organization is created. This provides ample time to strategize and prepare your data for automated campaigns, and there is no limit to the features you can use during this period. So make the most of it and take advantage of everything Dotidot has to offer!
When is the first payment due for Dotidot?
You get 14 days free after creating your organization. Then you will be moved to the paid version of Dotidot. You will only be charged for the days of the current month during which you've used the paid version of Dotidot. As standard invoicing is done retrospectively, you will receive your invoice or payment request on the first day of the new month.
Where can I find my spending and invoices?
You can access your spending and invoices in your account. Go to Settings > Subscription. From there, you can view all past, current, and expected fees and select each invoice to download it.
What payment methods are available?
Dotidot offers several payment methods including bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card payments, which can be managed directly in your account on the Subscription page.
Do I need to pay for the initial setup?
We offer an optional Onboarding Package, which provides full-service assistance with your transition to Dotidot with the help of our specialists. However, if you prefer to set up your account on your own, there is no additional fee. We recommend using your 14 days free period to explore and familiarize yourself with our marketing automation tools.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can either contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance with cancellation or navigate to Settings > Subscription in your user account to find all the relevant information.

Will I receive a discount if I don't use all the features in my chosen plan?
No, the price will remain the same, and we encourage you to utilize all of Dotidot's features to maximize the benefits of our solution. Our plans are designed to provide all necessary features for your marketing automation needs with a fixed price assigned to each plan.
What if my spend is within the limits of the Basic plan but I want to use features from higher-tier plans?
If you are interested in using features from a higher-tier plan than the one you are currently subscribed to, you will need to upgrade to that plan in order to access those features. Our plans are designed to offer specific features and benefits at different price points, so upgrading may provide additional value to your organization.
Is it possible to choose the Agency plan even if I run Business?
Absolutely, as a Business, you have the flexibility to choose any package that best suits your needs.
Is it possible to prepay our services in advance?
Yes, you can prepay your services for future periods of time by contacting our Customer Success Managers here.
