- At least 1 year of experience in an outbound SDR role
- Hands‑on experience with Account‑Based Marketing (ABM)
- Martech Background is a must
- Proficiency in BANT methodology
- Fluent in English C1-C2 - this will be your primary mode of communication with the clients and us
- A second language (Italian, Spanish, German, or French) is a nice bonus

- You thrive in the prospecting stage of sales
- Comfortable making 50‑100 dials/day = phone is your playground
- Weekly quotas fire you up, and you hit them consistently
- A research ninja: you personalise every email, DM, and voicemail
- Tech‑savvy: CRMs, enrichment tools, sales‑tech stacks don’t scare you
- You speak fluent BANT and can flex it in any conversation
- A mix of Hunter DNA and team spirit
- You know how to map buying committees, spot champions & economic buyers, and tailor your message accordingly
🎯 You Will Be Responsible For:
- Owning a named list of target accounts (ABM). We’ll give you the company list, you decide who, when & how to engage
- Identifying the right people inside each account (from C‑suite to practitioner) and breaking through the noise with hyper‑personal, multi‑touch outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video—whatever works)
- Prospecting new potential customers and surfacing new business opportunities—including developing new markets
- Maintaining clean pipelines & sequences in HubSpot
- Building and nurturing a network of contacts through LinkedIn & social selling selling
