🙏 What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • English speaker – this role is dedicated to the UK market
  • Some experience in sales - telesales, customer service, or any role where picking up the phone was part of your day (internships count too!)
  • A second language is a nice bonus
  • Curiosity to learn about online advertising and a willingness to grow into a sales pro

💪 Your Mindset & Skill Set:

  • You’re not afraid to do a phone call 100 times a day to start conversations with potential customers
  • You understand that hearing “no” is part of sales — and it only motivates you to keep going until you get that “yes”
  • You have the drive and energy to be the first point of contact and open doors for our sales team
  • You’re eager to learn about prospecting, research, and sales tools (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
  • You enjoy hitting targets and take pride in every meeting or opportunity you create

🎯 What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect new potential customers and open doors to new business opportunities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls and personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify prospects and pass warm leads to the Account Executives
  • Maintain your activity in HubSpot CRM and keep things tidy
  • Support the team in developing new markets and building a strong pipeline

1st month: 100% fixed — €2,500 (£2,119)

2nd month: 75% fixed + 25% commission — €1,875 (£1,589) fixed + €750 (£636) expected commission

3rd month: 50% fixed + 50% commission — €1,250 (£1,059) fixed + €1,500 (£1,272) expected commission

From 4th month onward: 40% fixed + 60% commission — €1,000 (£848) fixed + €1,875 (£1,588) average commission (uncapped)

Additionally, you’ll receive 1% of the closed deal value (uncapped).

  • Unlimited days off - we want you relaxed and ready to perform
  • Up to 100,000 CZK (4,000 EUR) per year for learning & development
  • Fully remote model - with the expectation to travel 1–2 times per year for team building or training sessions
