This is a fully remote role. No office required, no relocation, no Prague commute. You work from wherever you do your best thinking, we care about output, not geography.
Here's what makes this role different.
Most SDR roles bury you in spreadsheets, LinkedIn scraping, and CRM hygiene. Not this one. We built the infrastructure so you can do one thing and do it well. You get a name. You get a contact. You get the context.
Your job: get them on a call. That's it.
We have a dedicated scout whose entire job is to prepare your pipeline = the right companies, the right contacts, mapped and ready. No prospecting. No list-building. No guessing who to call next. No touching a spreadsheet to figure out the decision-maker.
You show up, you call, you write a message that gets a reply, you book the meeting. Everything else? Not your problem.

- At least 1 year in an outbound SDR role — you've picked up the phone before and you'll do it again today. The cold call doesn't scare you. It excites you.
- Resilience is your default setting — NO is a normal part of your day. It doesn't drain you. It sharpens you. If a string of rejections makes you want to quit, this isn't the right place. If it makes you sharper on the next call, keep reading.
- Your writing converts — you know how to write a message that doesn't get deleted in 0.3 seconds. Short, personal, sharp. The kind of message where someone thinks "this person actually did their homework." You personalise within a framework — sequences are pre- built, you bring the human touch on top.
- AI mindset — you use AI to work smarter, not harder. You're not afraid to automate the boring parts so you can focus on what actually matters: the conversation.
- English C1–C2 — this is your primary working language. Since we're fully remote and international, strong English isn't a nice-to-have, it's how we operate. We don't need you in Prague. We need you to be fluent.
- Drive over pedigree — we care about what you do, not where you went to school or who's on your LinkedIn.
💪Your job, in full:
Every day, you open your pipeline. The accounts are there. The contacts are there. The context is there.
Your job is simple. Not easy, but simple.
Call them. Write them. Book the meeting.
- You pick up the phone and run compelling, focused calls — no script-reading, real conversation
- You personalise within the framework — target lists and sequences are pre-built, you bring the human touch on top
- You follow the process: execute the outreach, adapt where needed, move fast
- You log every touchpoint accurately in HubSpot — the pipeline structure and sequences are already built for you, you keep your activity clean
- You hit your meeting targets and you track your own conversion rate like it matters (because it does)
That's the whole job. No pipeline architecture. No research rabbit holes. No sequence building. Just conversations that turn into meetings.
✨Nice to Have (but not a dealbreaker):
- Martech or e-commerce background — you understand the world our clients live in
- Familiarity with BANT or similar qualification frameworks
- A second language (Polish, Romanian, German, French, or Italian) — we're actively expanding into PL, RO, and Balkan markets; if you bring a second language, you move to the front of the queue
🔥What's in it for you?
- A fully structured outbound motion from day one — sequences, target lists, automations, and HubSpot architecture already in place. You come to sell, not to build ops from scratch.
Salary & commission — no vague formulas, here's the actual deal:
Month 1 – base 60,000 CZK, no commission, total 60,000 CZK. Meeting target: 0–4 (ramp-up period).
Month 2 – base 52,000 CZK, commission from meetings, expected total ~64,000 CZK. Meeting target: 6.
Month 3+ – base 45,000 CZK, uncapped commission. How much you earn is up to you. Meeting target: 8+.
How commission works:
- 2,000 CZK per qualified meeting (ICP company + decision maker + genuine interest in Dotidot)
- 1% of every closed deal — uncapped, applies to meetings booked from month 4 onwards (after your ramp period)
- Performance benchmark: 8+ meetings/month, target 12, excellent = 16+
- KPI: minimum 25% meeting → POC conversion rate
At average performance (12 meetings/month), your annual OTE is ~800,000 CZK.
At top performance, the ceiling is yours to set.
